Shipment & Logistics
Our professionally trained logistics team guarantees a quick and safe delivery from our warehouse directly to your chosen address.Besides the standard shipment within Germany, we also provide European and worldwide shipment, and the option to split your shipments to allow them to be delivered to different recipients.
Our customer care service also provides the option to create individual mailings and ship them to multiple recipients.
Our goods are shipped via UPS or, for larger amounts, a forwarding company. Delivery within Germany will usually take a maximum of 24 hours for UPS, and 48 hours for a forwarding company.
